Roof panel roll forming machine consists decoiler, roll forming , cutting and stacking, complete production line, controlled by PLC system. The customer just set the length and numbers on controller. Also we can make different roof panels in one machine, by quick change (Change cassette) or by double layer roof machine.

Decoiler —→ Guiding—→Roll-forming Machine—→ Hydraulic cutting—→ Stacking

Roller material: Cr12Mov (Cr12) with quenching and chrome plating on surface, hardness: HRC58-62

Main machine power: 5.5 KW
Control system: The whole machine is controlled by PLC system.
We make the machine according to customer’s required profiles, including trapezoid roof, corrugate roof panel and tile roof panel machines.
Yes, We have one type of double layer roof machine, which can make two different roof profiles in one machine.
