Working process
Decoiler —→ Guiding—→Roll-forming Machine—→ Hydraulic cutting—→ Stacking

Suitable plate of the rolling: PPGI or GI with thickness 0.8~1.5mm,
Working speed: 15~25 meters/min
Forming stations: According to customer’s roof profiles
Roller material: Cr12Mov (Cr12) with quenching and chrome plating on surface, hardness: HRC58-62
Material of principal axis: #45 advanced steel
Control system: The whole machine is controlled by PLC system.
We make the machine according to customer’s required profiles, including trapezoid roof, corrugate roof panel and tile roof panel machines.
