DUWELL CZ purlin machine can interchange the C purlin and Z purlin in one machine with short time. And adjust the sizes automatically. The customer just need set the web and flange size on the controller, the machine will change the sizes automatically. The machine with universal cutting device, no need change cutting tool when change sizes.

The customer just need enter the web and flange sizes on the controller screen. The machine will move sizes automatically.
It needn’t change the cutting tool, we use universal cutting device, the customer just need adjust the cutting tool to suit the purlin sizes.
The working speed is 15~25meters/min, according to the hole distance and cutting length.
Yes, it can set the hole distance in vertical automatically on controller and adjust the hole distance horizontal manually according to purlin sizes.
