The customer just need set the web and flange size on the controller, the machine will change the sizes automatically. The machine with universal cutting device, no need change cutting tool when change sizes.

The customer just need enter the web and flange sizes on the controller screen. The machine will move sizes automatically.
It needn’t change the cutting tool, we use universal cutting device, the customer just need adjust the cutting tool to suit the purlin sizes.
Our machine can form galvanized steel, pre-painted steel (PPGI/PPGL), stainless steel, and aluminum coils, with typical thicknesses ranging from 1.0mm to 3.0mm (customizable based on requirements).
Standard CZ purlin sizes include:
CZ80, CZ100, CZ120, CZ140, CZ160, CZ180, CZ200, CZ220, CZ250 (custom sizes available).
Flange width, web height, and lip length can be adjusted per customer needs.
Our machines operate at 8-25 meters per minute (depending on material thickness, purlin size, and automation level).
